As a sales executive for the Related Group’s prestigious Las Olas Beach Club, she quickly rose to the top of the deck with more than $125 million in personal sales, including selling 11 out of the 12 oceanfront penthouses in record time. This led to her appointment as director of sales for Strada 315 in Fort Lauderdale, Trump International Hotel and Tower in Fort Lauderdale Beach and Da Vinci on The Ocean in Sunny Isles Beach.

Maritza is now currently selling the only on-the-sand luxury residences at Auberge Beach Residences and Spa, Fort Lauderdale as an in-house resident sales specialist.

In addition to her sales success, Maritza has dominated the luxury real estate market selling sought-after waterfront estates and luxury high rises all along the South Florida coast. Fluent in Spanish, Maritza has implemented various sophisticated marketing and sales programs, which have generated in excess of $1 billion in career sales.
